Q: General Information
A: How can I make a booking?
• You can use the online booking link for all single or separate time bookings. For couples or group bookings, please call us on 07 4059 9206 or email peppersdayspa@outlook.com.au to make a booking. Our highly trained therapists can help advise the best treatment for you.
Q: When should I arrive?
A: Please arrive 10/15minutes prior to start time. This will ensure you have enough time to fill out a consult form and change into a robe. Your treatment will still finish at the allocated time if you are late as a courtesy for our other clients.
Q: Are your treatments suitable for couples?
A: Yes, absolutely. Please advise if the same room or separate is required at the time of booking.
For all our Vichy treatments, we complete someone's full body exfoliation, mud wrap and Vichy first while the other person has their massage component, then vice versa.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancelling or rescheduling, otherwise a 50% charge occurs. No shows are charged 100%.
Card details will be required at the time of booking. No bookings are secured without all required details.
Gift Vouchers
Q: How can I purchase a Gift Voucher?
A: Please call us on 07 4059 9206 to purchase. Gift vouchers can be emailed out or a time arranged to pick up from the spa directly or Peppers Beach Club and Spa main reception.
Q: Can I book a treatment using my Gift Voucher?
A: Yes, we will require the gift voucher number at the time of booking.
Please note they are not redeemable on Sundays or Public Holidays.
Q:Can I get a refund for my Gift Voucher?
A: No, Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
They are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Cannot be used after the expiry date.
Lost and stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced.
Payment
Q: What payment types do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit, debit and Eftpos card payments. Please note that all card payments incur a 1.64% surcharge.
We are happy to accept cash to avoid paying the surcharge.
Please note AMEX is not accepted.
Sundays & Public Holiday
Q: Are you open on Sundys & Public Holidays?
• Yes, we are open on Sundays and Public Holidays. Please note that we are a small, locally owned business so to help cover costs a 5% surcharge applies to all Sunday treatments booked
and 15% to all treatments booked on Public Holidays.
Q: Parking
A: There is no client parking on site. There is free all day parking on Williams Esplanade or Cedar Road or the side streets around Palm Cove and then a short walk to the resort. Please ensure you allow extra time for finding parking.
Please also allow extra time for finding parking when the Palm Cove markets are on as Williams Esplanade is closed.
Q: Access
We have stairs leading up to the spa and as a result there is no wheelchair access. If you have mobility issues you will need to climb stairs to access the spa.
Q: General information
As we are privately owned and operated, you are unable to use the pool or pool bar at the resort. There is a beach nearby and cafes where you can wait for friends or family while they have their treatments if required.
